Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Oklahoma City-Bethany, an IHG Hotel

My son (4yrs old) is staying at the long term rehabilitation center .5 miles from hotel. Bc I am a single mother with 2 other children and a dog I was in a bind. Luckily we found holiday Inn express. And it's so close the the hospital.! It's working out so far. My kids (teens)feel safe if they need to stay to do online school work. And I feel safe leaving them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. took the time to go on map quest and print out step by step directions bc my cell phone was dead . They welcomed our service dog. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only downfall- Wish the pool was in working order. But we will definitely go back to this hotel as long as we are staying here in bethany with my son.

Breakfast was good! Coffee was good and plentiful. Water was hot. Staff was helpful with anything that we needed. Room was clean and ready for us.

the bed was extremely comfortable. the housekeeper went out of her way to get my baby’s cup to me because we forgot it in the room, and I was searching the car for it when she ran outside looking for us! I was beyond thankful, as she definitely DID NOT have to do that ❤️

beds were great, front desk was amazing and the walk in shower was wonderful for my friend who needed it. i love biscuit and gravy so it was a big hit for me. my friend loves yogurt so we were both pleased!

the people at the reception were helpful and impressive and rooms were clean and in good condition and also microwave was available
